Alex Sheridan

Alex got into real estate by fixing up a few houses around town, but his energy and love of community, architecture, and restoration ensured that his next big projects would focus on downtown Marion. His passion and excitement for a vibrant downtown is apparent the moment he starts talking about small businesses and architectural details of these beautiful old buildings.

Historic preservation clearly does much more than preserve bricks and mortar. It recognizes that our built history connects us in tangible ways with our past and provides context for the places we occupy and the world we live in.
